Island 22 Thank You!

I think that we would all be remiss as competitors if we do not take the time to thank, and congratulate the Island 22 Organizing Committee on an enormously successful BC Championships over the Labour Day weekend. What a professionally turned out show...well run, great volunteers and a super atmosphere all around...!!!

Particular mention must go to: Cory, for her great job of keeping peace in the stabling area...Janice Spenst and her crew on the decoration of the xc courses...like a mini-Olympics...!!! Rolf and Heinrich on the presentation of the xc courses and jumps, just a great job all around; and Myrna on her fabulous job of the prizes...thank you...!!

So, from our family to yours...thank you SO much Island 22 for working so hard for Eventing in BC...!!

Year End Trophies

Year End trophies must be turned in NOT LATER than Octoberfest. You can either bring your trophy to Island 22, drop it off at Maple Ridge Equestrian Centre or take it to Octoberfest. We appreciate you taking ownership of the return of your trophy to save someone having to track it down. Please contact Mary Swanson if you have any questions. Thanks for your cooperation.

HTBC Leaderboard 2010

The leaderboard is now up to date, including Campbell Valley. Please look closely at the results. I need to know whether you intend to ride and compete in the HTBC Championships at Island 22. If not, the next person in line will be elligible. This is REALLY important. Please email me: susan@wrec.com Also - if you see any mistakes I need to know ASAP. As this new information comes in, the leaderboard will be changing - so check back often! Updated August 24th.
